Hey since the new patch i have problems with my skills

First: Ice splitter dosen't freeze anymore

Second: I had a problem with Gaviota before the patch but i think it works now.

What Monster did you use it on?

On ice effective monsters like skeletausorus, skeleton, Dark Wyvern and others.

Actually the freeze works like 1/50 of the times i use it now.
