Can't enter the Website Empty Can't enter the Website

Hey GM, LeeJiEun (Scania) here.
From Singapore, Using Singtel internet network. I can't enter the website..
I told my friends they say maybe because that I'm using Singtel network so I can't enter.. Is there anyway to make me can enter the website? Cause I wanna vote.. Mind kindly fix something at the web? Cause some other private server I could enter the web. Left AbideStory. Help fix please.
