Tempest Auto-Ban

Well, the title says most of it. Anyway, people are getting auto-banned because of this Aran skill, Tempest. Tempest freezes a monster, then when a person hits it, it K.Os it, which is also hitting the monster's max HP. So this guy uses Tempest, and freezes this monster. Let's say that a 72 Hermit comes in a uses Lucky Seven on Jester, which is 100K dmg in total. The system thinks he's using hacks, but he isn't. So far, I've seen 2 people were banned, and they WERE legit. I'm a witness. Please fix this problem?
